Message Content and Delivery:- Message content is encrypted during transmission- Message logs may be retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of each message for quality assurance and regulatory compliance purposes. This twelve (12) month retention period constitutes an express exception to the Company's general ninety (90) day post-termination data deletion policy. Upon expiration of the twelve (12) month retention period, message logs will be permanently deleted from the Company's systems unless retention is otherwise required by applicable law.

Note that opting out of transactional SMS messages and marketing SMS messages are separate programs. Opting out of one does not automatically opt you out of the other.
